Do students need their own accounts?
Yes — students sign up free at hireraft.com. Once they have an account, you add them to your team by email. Takes 30 seconds.
What happens when the wallet runs out?
New generations are blocked until you top up. Existing resumes and history are safe. You get a low-balance warning before it runs out.
Can I see which student used what?
Yes. The team dashboard shows every member's resume count, cover letters, roadmaps, total spend, and last active date — filterable by time period.
Is there a GST invoice?
Razorpay generates a transaction receipt for every top-up automatically. For formal GST invoices, contact us at support@hireraft.com.
Can I remove a student mid-placement season?
