Can I see my results before paying?

Yes — the full ATS analysis, keyword matching, and resume preview are always free. You only need to pay to download the PDF or DOCX file.

What is the Starter plan?

₹99 is a one-time purchase that gives you 1 download credit. No subscription, no recurring charges. Perfect if you only need it once.

What counts as a "skill roadmap"?

Each skill you select and generate a learning plan for counts as 1 roadmap. Pro users get 15 per month, Power users get 60 per month. These reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What is the Optimization History?

Pro and Power users can revisit all past optimizations — including the full resume preview, ATS keywords, score breakdown, and any skill roadmaps generated — from the History page.

Can I edit my resume or cover letter after the AI generates it?

Yes — Power plan and Team wallet users can edit the resume and cover letter directly in the browser before downloading. Changes are saved to your history automatically and you can reset back to the original AI version at any time.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly plans?

Same features, different billing. Yearly plans are charged once a year and work out to 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period (monthly or annual), then you return to the free tier. No pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Is Razorpay secure?

Yes. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

What is the Team plan?

Team is a pay-as-you-go plan using a shared wallet. Recharge at least ₹500 and we deduct a small amount per usage for all members. No monthly fee, no expiry — your balance lasts until you use it. You can add as many team members as you want.

Can I have a Team plan and a Pro/Power subscription at the same time?

No. Once you create a team or join one, your account switches to wallet mode. If you have an active Pro or Power subscription, you should cancel it before creating a team — otherwise you'll still be billed monthly for a plan you're no longer using.
