Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Plans (Pro & Power)
- You may cancel your Pro or Power monthly subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access — including your monthly resume and roadmap quota — until then.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.
- Monthly usage quotas (resume optimisations, cover letters, and skill roadmaps) reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over or accumulate.
- If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund.
2. Annual Subscription Plans (Pro Yearly & Power Yearly)
- You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period — you retain full access until then.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an annual billing period.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case and issue a refund where applicable.
3. Starter Plan (One-Time Purchase)
- The Starter plan grants 1 resume download credit and 1 cover letter download credit (₹99 for India; $1.99 for international users).
- Each credit permanently unlocks that specific document for unlimited re-downloads until it is removed from your history.
- Once either credit has been used, no refund will be issued.
- If you purchased but have not used either credit, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email lavincreatives@gmail.com with:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- Reason for the refund request.
We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us first at lavincreatives@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly.
