1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireRaft (“the Service”) at hireraft.lavin.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HireRaft is an AI-powered resume and cover letter tool that helps users tailor their resumes and generate matching cover letters for specific job descriptions.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans, Credits & Payments

  • Free Plan — 2 resume optimisations, 1 cover letter (lifetime), 1 skill roadmap per month, and the ability to build up to 3 resumes from scratch at no charge, automatically renewed each calendar month. Optimization history is available on all plans. No access to downloads, AI resume builder, or AI resume import.
  • Referral Bonus — You receive 1 additional free optimisation for each new user who signs up using your referral link. Referral credits do not expire and are applied to your account automatically.
  • Starter (one-time) — Grants 1 resume download credit and 1 cover letter download credit. Priced at ₹99 for India and $1.99 for international users. Each credit permanently unlocks that specific document for unlimited re-downloads (PDF or DOCX) until it is removed from your history. Non-refundable once either credit has been used. Does not include skill roadmaps or history.
  • Pro Plan — Monthly — Recurring monthly subscription (₹199/month for India; $7.99/month international). Includes 20 resume optimisations/month, unlimited PDF/DOCX downloads, 5 cover letters/month, 15 skill roadmaps/month, build up to 20 resumes from scratch, AI resume builder (improve bullets, generate bullets, write summary), AI resume import, and access to optimization history. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Pro Plan — Yearly — Annual subscription billed once per year (₹1,990/year for India; $71.88/year international), equivalent to 2 months free. Same features as Pro Monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the annual period.
  • Power Plan — Monthly — Recurring monthly subscription (₹399/month for India; $14.99/month international). Includes 80 resume optimisations/month, unlimited PDF/DOCX downloads, 15 cover letters/month, 60 skill roadmaps/month, build unlimited resumes from scratch, AI resume builder, AI resume import, in-browser editing of resume and cover letter before downloading, and optimization history. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Power Plan — Yearly — Annual subscription billed once per year (₹3,990/year for India; $143.88/year international), equivalent to 2 months free. Same features as Power Monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the annual period.
  • Billing cycle limits — Resume optimisation, cover letter, and skill roadmap quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quota does not carry over.
  • Data retention — Optimization history is available on all plans. Retention periods vary by plan: Free (1 month), Pro (3 months), Power (6 months). Records (optimized resume text, scores, roadmaps, and cover letters) beyond your plan's retention window are permanently and automatically deleted. We are not liable for loss of data beyond this retention window.

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR for India and USD for all other countries, inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. AI-Generated Content

HireRaft uses third-party AI services to generate resume suggestions and optimisations. The output is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content before submitting it to employers.

We do not guarantee that using HireRaft will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific outcome. AI suggestions are a starting point — not a substitute for your own judgement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's endpoints.
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to generate resumes in bulk.
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The HireRaft software, design, and branding are owned by the operator. You retain full ownership of the resume content you submit and the optimised output you receive. By using the Service, you grant HireRaft a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Resume content you submit is processed to generate your output and is not sold to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireRaft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address below.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
