Digital Product — No Physical Shipping

HireRaft is a 100% digital software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Upon successful payment:

• Starter Plan — your download credit is activated immediately and is accessible when you log into your account at hireraft.lavin.in.
• Pro Plan (Monthly or Yearly) — your subscription is activated immediately. You get 20 resume optimisations, 15 skill roadmaps, unlimited downloads, and history access from the moment payment is confirmed.
• Power Plan (Monthly or Yearly) — your subscription is activated immediately. You get 80 resume optimisations, 15 cover letters, and 60 skill roadmaps per billing cycle, plus unlimited downloads, from the moment payment is confirmed.

Delivery of Resume Files

Optimized resume files (PDF and DOCX) are generated on-demand and downloaded directly in your browser. There is no email delivery; files are available immediately after the optimization process completes.

Access Issues

If your plan is not activated within 5 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us at lavincreatives@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resolve it promptly.
